These terms explain the appropriate use and limitations of TheSuperMomAI.

Educational guidance only

TheSuperMomAI provides pediatrician and child psychologist-curated educational parenting guidance. It does not provide medical diagnosis, prescribe treatment, or replace an in-person examination or advice from your child’s qualified healthcare professional.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information where practical, use the service lawfully and respectfully, and apply guidance with appropriate judgement. You are responsible for seeking professional or emergency care when a child’s symptoms, safety, or circumstances require it.

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another family’s information, interfere with security controls, or submit unlawful or harmful content.

Intellectual property

TheSuperMomAI application, branding, interface, curated FAQ and knowledge content, and original materials belong to TheSuperMomAI or its licensors. You may use guidance for personal, non-commercial family purposes, but may not copy, sell, republish, scrape, or create competing products from the service or its content without written permission.

Availability and limitation of liability

We work to keep the service reliable and accurate, but guidance may be incomplete, delayed, or unsuitable for a particular child. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheSuperMomAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from reliance on the service, interrupted availability, or unauthorised access beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
