We may collect your Google account name and email address, or the email address used for a secure sign-in link. If you choose to provide it, we also store your WhatsApp number and consent preference.

Child profiles may contain a child’s name, date of birth, gender, birth history, allergies, medical conditions, growth concerns, vaccination status, and profile photo. We also store conversation history and feedback you give on AI answers.

We use account information to authenticate you, child information to tailor guidance to the appropriate age and context, and conversation history to preserve continuity. Feedback helps our clinical team monitor and improve answer quality. WhatsApp details are used only according to the consent you provide.

Data is stored with Supabase and encrypted at rest. Row Level Security isolates each family’s records so signed-in parents can access only their own profiles, children, conversations, messages, and feedback. Access is limited to authorised services and personnel who need it to operate and safeguard TheSuperMomAI.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards and review access controls as the service evolves.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access information about your personal data, correct inaccurate or incomplete data, and erase your data. You may withdraw optional WhatsApp marketing consent at any time.

Signed-in users can permanently erase their account through Profile & Settings → Delete My Account. This removes the parent profile, children, conversations, messages, feedback, WhatsApp details, and account. You may also contact us for privacy assistance.
